Installation, Commissioning, and Service
The plant requires a covered plant room or shaded area of roughly 5 by 3 metres, a three-phase 415V supply, a feed line sized for at least twice the permeate flow, a drain capable of accepting the reject stream, and a permeate storage tank. FARZ Water handles mechanical installation, electrical termination, membrane loading, chemical setup, and commissioning, and issues a full testing and commissioning report. Annual maintenance contracts cover cartridge replacement, media backwashing, membrane cleaning, dosing calibration, and performance logging.
