Description
The Stainless Steel Cartridge Housing is an industrial filter vessel that holds one or more long cartridges inside a pressure-rated stainless steel body. It is the standard “cartridge filter” stage before commercial and industrial RO membranes, and a common choice for hotels, hospitals, food plants and process water where plastic housings cannot handle the flow, pressure or temperature.

Maintenance
Change cartridges when differential pressure across the housing rises about 0.7–1 bar above clean, or on a fixed schedule. Inspect the lid O-ring at each change and flush the housing through the drain valve. For background on cartridge filtration, see Wikipedia.
